The Agricultural Cooperative "Unione Pastori" Nurri was established in 1962 . Year in which the first members decided to make sure that their product will become an excellence in the field of dairy-cheese maker . The Union of Shepherds Nurri is composed of more than eight hundred members and turns annually about 14,000,000 liters of sheep and goat milk. The plant is located in Nurri (Ca) . For years, it is visited by many tourists , being inserted into the tourist route of the Consortium of Lakes.
